My 3 Ingredient Tomato Soup

The 3 main ingredients include:

  • 2 Whole Canned Tomatoes
  • 2 Small White Onions
  • Butter

1. To begin, place half a stick of butter into the pan to melt.

2. Cut two onions into quarters & mix it into the pan to begin sautéing both ingredients.

3. Once you notice the onions getting nice & brown, you may then drop in your two whole cans of tomatoes into the pan.

Be sure to season your mix with salt, pepper, oregano, bay leaves (optional) & half a cup of water. Simmer for 40 minutes!

4. Once your broth has simmered, place the liquid into a blender & blend until you see a velvety texture!

5. Create a grilled cheese on the side for the perfect pairing, and ENJOY your hearty tomato soup.
